Default P5N32-SLI Deluxe CMOS/POST error

Hi,
I've just finished my new build and I can't get it to work. I was having some difficulty with windows and the temperature, but after I got those sorted out, I left it for a while and now I have no display from my computer. I connected the case speaker and I get 2 beeps, telling me I have a POST/CMOS error. What should I do to fix this?
Thanks,
-JD
