im trying to find a way to get the 1333FSB bios strap on top of the 1066FSB bios strap, i have tried most everything from hex editors to bios specific editing utilities to no avail.
the 775 socket that gigabyte uses isnt quite BSEL mod friendly, though i have successfully BSEL modded an e2160 for the strap and not the default FSB. the lowest strap setting of 4:5 ratio is what seems to be holding me back with the OC of my Q6600. and quite frankly, the more adult videos i can cut into 5 minute clips and render in 4 different formats the more money i make. help on this would be GREATLY appreciated.

Yeah it's a real bummer on the BSEL mods. I have 2 S2Hs and AFAIK the only way to get better RAM ratio like 1:1 is to get 1333 proc. ASUS doesn't have this issue from what I have been reading.
