Apparently, the only difference is "DDR2 1200 (O.C.)". So, I guess, better RAM overclocking? I'm happy with 1066 MHz

Yes, no more false positives in Memtest Only other change I can find is "Auto" option for CPU vcore loadline controll, its now enabled, auto and disabled instead of enabled and disabled.

Updated OP for F11 offical release on all revisions. This bios release fixes the false positive in memtest.

I just got my DS4 today (rev 2.1) and the BIOS version it shipped with is F8. Everything is working perfectly (booted right to the desktop several times, no problems), so I'm wondering if I should even update the BIOS to F11?

If you want 45nm Yorkfield/Wolfdale support, flash to F11. It also has better vdroop control.
