Getting Stuck at the bios HELP!

New to Overclock.net

Hi first I would like to greet my self as this is my first post but I have a problem hopefully.
I recently just overclocked my system \\ASROCK 4CoreDual-Sata2 \\Core 2 Dual E4500 Well My boss overclocked it and then I decieded to go a little more and fooled around with it well today I restarted my PC because I installed a new game but then it froze at my bios at 007 at the bottom right hand corner and it just freezes intill I hold my power down button for 5 secs and turn off and then on my power supply get into my bios press ESC then asks for discard changes etc... and then it boots up to windows I have done the following already Reset my bios to default Cleared my CMOS but none of these did not work anyone could help me here? |

hmm,
have u tried flashing your bios to the latest version? also, did u leave everything at stock speeds? or did u OC again?
