Default ASUS P5B New Bios 1803

Hey I just upgraded to the new P5B bios 1803 and it says it has "Enable support for N/2 Ratio option" what the hell does that mean?

I read it's a new multiplier option for Yorkfields.

Is there a chance they added Voltage adjustment for northBridge?!
Any other Changes to the BIOS that you have found?
