I run 1004 on one of my P5B-dlx..and the newest 12xx BIOS on the other. I notice no difference between the two, with the exception of a CPU multi option when using my P4 630j...using the 1004 BIOS I have multi control [15x or 14x]..using the newest BIOS..I have no options for multi control using the same cpu. Le' cry.

If you are talking about the CPU multi. The bios 1226 you have to use the + or - to change the x like 6x to 7x. Before all you had to to was hit enter and choose which multi you wanted.

Sweet! Glad you got it to work.

I ran 1101 until I changed to quad. 1216 had some nice upgrades so I went with that and it's worked great for me. My Vcore is only 1.42v loaded @ 3.6Ghz.

1101 is a solid bios. If it works well for you stick with it.

No, actually there is no option in the 1224 BIOS using a P4 630j...the multi is locked. On my P5B deluxe with the older 1004 BIOS...the option still appears and is usable.
