Default Help OC ASUS P5N32-E SLI Plus

I have a new ASUS P5N32-E SLI Plus mb with a Q6600 CPU. I can get it to OC to 2.7 GHz (2.4 is stock), but when I try to go higher, it freezes up. Here are my particulars:

CPU Intel Q6600 2.4 GHz
4 GB of Corsair PC2-8500 C5 RAM
Dual BFG 8800 GTX OC2 Video cards in SLI
1000 Watt PSU
Noctua NH-U12F CPU cooler w/ fan
Thermaltake Extreme Spirit II coolers for NB/SB Chipsets
Stock cooling fins for Mosfet chips. (Cut off from heat pipe)

Settings in Bios (0805):

Pretty much everything is disabled including Spectrum settings
Memory is unlinked and set at 800 MHz. 5-5-5-15 2T timing
CPU Vtt 1.55V, Memory 2.15V, Vcore 1.4V, 1.2 HT 1.3 V, NB 1.4V,
SB 1.5V

Multiplier is at 9. 300X9 gives 2700 MHz. I run 3DMark06 and get over 14,000 and the CPU temp after the CPU tests is 45 C, versus 56 with stock cooler. Then if I try to use the AI Booster or bios to go to 2800 MHz, the computer freezes up.

Any help is appreciated.

Default Still need help!

Thanks for your help. I have been sick, so it took me a while to get back to you. I tried to use the flash utility in the bios, but it didn't work. I was able to get in and reset to defaults so I can boot from a floppy. I created a boot floppy and a second floppy with the bios file and afudos.exe on it (unzipped). After booting to dos, I insert the second disk and enter afudos /i and also tried afudos /ip5n32.rom but I get the same result. I get 2 messages. ASF Signature not found and ERROR: BIOS has no flash information available. Can you tell me how you did yours, and can you tell me what I am doing wrong. Thanks in advance.
