well since i last checked been a while the only board to run PCIE 2.0 with two full 16x lanes was the X38-DQ6. but i am in the rma process atm if i get a new one back i am going to sell it and get a DFI.

#1: DFI LanParty LT X38-T2R - by far the best X38 board i ever tried
#2: ABIT X38 QuadGT or GIGABYTE X38 DQ6
#3: GIGABYTE GA-EP35-DS4

Cant go wrong really. W.e you pick from the mobos above you will be happy with the performance.
