Help OC p5ld2-x/1333 - Overclock.net

Hello!
I don´t know much about overclocking but i have a Pentium Dual Core E2140 at 1.6 GHz and a p5ld2-x/1333 Mobo and i like to do an overclocking....
plz someone can tell me the configs i must do at the bios to overclock it at a not so hot ratio (i have the original intel cooler)

Core Speed 1200Mhz alternating with 1600Mhz (underclocked or what?)
