Did you try unplugging the hard drives and powering up with the motherboard CD in the disk drive?

Hey I seem to be having the same problem that you did. Would it be possible for you to share more info about what flashing program and bios you used along with the autoexec.bat. I am new at building computers and any help would be appreciated.
