Can someone help me please?

1. Download the Bios to your hard drive.

2. Right click and extract the file to your to your flash drive, don't rename it.

3. Restart the computer and hit Del. to get into the Bios.

4. Use the left and right arrows to go to Tools, it's the one just to the right of Exit.

5. Enter Asus EzFlash 2

6. After your in EzFlash insert the flash drive

7. Use the up and down arrow keys to select the file.

8. Hit enter and that should take care of it.

I think it is the renaming of the file which is causing the problem. As I have never done that, used the above, and have loaded the last two updates easy.

Let us know if this works for you.

This post refers to a BIOS update. If you're looking to update a driver you just have to use the latest one. If you mean a BIOS update just get the latest one there also.
