Default Weird FSB readings and adjustment.

The system I am working on is as follows:

Mobo: Asus p5n32-sli se deluxe (bios 901)
CPU: Intel E4500 (bought from OCN with 3.2 oc potential recorded)
RAM: 2x1gb Corsair XMS2 ddr2 1066
Video: Radeon 7000 PCI. (laugh it up.. just wait til you see my 3dmark01 scores )

Anyway, the problem I am having right now is that when I turn on overclocking features the FSB reading is at 2745 or some crazy number. The disclaimer is that the bios will not set any clock above 1600fsb, and it doesn't. The second plank of this problem is that when I try to change the number, it just resets to that same old 2745 or whatever the number is.

CPUz and ntune report proper FSB speeds in windows and I can adjust it only a small amount with ntune (because ntune sucks).

So I was wondering if anyone knows of a fix for this or any other better program than ntune
