Default Poweredge 600SC not recognizing CD drive

My office has a Poweredge 600SC that hasn't been running for a good 6 months because it has no OS on it. I'm trying to install XP on it, but the computer isn't recognizing the CD drive. It's plugged into the third IDE drive (where it should be) and in the Bios Tertiary 0 is set to AUTO, so it should be picking it up, but it's no where to be found in the boot sequence. I was going to try resetting the jumper to reset the BIOS, but I can't find it on the mobo. Maybe it's different for a server mobo or I could just take the battery out? I'm not sure because I've never played around with a server PC before. Any help is appreciated!

EDIT:
Nevermind, I found them and now it's picking up the CD drive.
