Default Bios settings for a stable system...?

I've been having problems with my Foxconn Mars. Whenever I change a setting in the BIOS it crashes and gives an error "CMOS Checksum error - Defualts loaded." I updated the BIOS to P12 and also tested a new cmos battery but the crashes still continue.

I contacted OCUK about the issue and they gave me two things to try. Build the system outside the case, which I have done and still the issue continues and to find out the optimal BIOS settings for my configuration.....

I've checked all over google and I can't find any info about the best BIOS setings for my mobo.

Please help, I reweee want my first computer running
