Default Maximus Exteme bios 1007

anyone try this? I tried 1004 but my overclocking went to #$#@. As soon as I reverted back to 0905 it was fine again?

Anybody using 1007 successfully?

Default Maximus Extreme Unstable (bios 1007)

Hi,

My MoBo has been very unstable. I am getting many BSODs during windows XP light work, but Memtest and Orthos (20min) pass with no problems.

Do you have this problems?

20 minutes of Orthos is most certainly not enough. It means you are starting to get close though.

24 hours of Orthos and it is considered stable.

Post your settings or start a new thread in the "Intel Motherboard section".
