P5LD2 - WM/S frequency - Overclock.net

Ello,

Can someone help me,

Im wanting to overclock my cpu.

Ive got an e6300 but I can seem to change the frequency settings on my board???

Ive tried looking for an updated bios but seem to hit a dead end there too.

Im running Vista 64 ultimate.

Anyone know how I change the setting in the bios?
