Default Change Motherboard Voltage

This is the problem. The RAM i have is 2gb crucial ballistix ram and it is supposed to run at 2.2v. The problem is that my motherboard runs around 1.3v so it can't supply enough juice to the RAM which is causing the RAM to just stop and crash my computer basically.

I have a Gigabyte P35-DS3R Motherboard. I already went into the bios and tried to find something on changing the Motherboard timings but i couldn't find it.

Here is further details on the problem with RAM

i think its shift-f1 or ctrl-f1 to access memory config in the BIOS.

I tried ctrl-f1 but that didn't work. I will try the other one later. Here is what my bios looks like.

Anyone see where i can adjust the motherboard voltages?

Yes.

DDR2 OverVoltage Control is your RAM voltage controller. Your motherboard's default RAM voltage is 1.8v, that is when set to Auto. If you want 2.2v, then set the DDR2 OverVoltage Control to +0.4v.

Well i did increase the voltage by .4 but it still restarted. I decided to check the timings of my RAM and this is what pc wizard 2008 said:

Ram Speed-PC 5300@333mhz (5-3-3-15)

This is what the RAM speed is supposed to be

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820146565

I took a picture of what the speed readings say. Let me know if they are right. If they are wrong, let me know what i need to do to change them.

Edit: Change the cas latency to 4-4-4-12. Couldn't find a way to change memory speeds.

If you're using the Gigabyte F5 BIOS, then ctrl-f1 or shift-f1 should take you to the memory settings while you're in the BIOS.
