Default BIOS voltage vs CPU-Z Voltage

BIOS voltage: 1.4v
CPU-Z voltage: 1.288v

what's going on that I'm missing? i got BIOS v 0806 and the newest CPU-Z, v 1.45

That is Vdroop kicking in but that is pretty bad vdroop. The only way to fix it is to do a vdroop mod to the motherboard.

yeah speed step is on (it fluctuates between x6 and x8 multipliers) also this is idle

Wow thats way off for me i have 1.52 bios volts and cpu-z shows 1.50

I have 1004 bios update to 1004 or 1006 it fixes a few issues.

And vdroop mod
