Default Which BIOS Upgrade?

i currently have the 0802 BIOS on my motherboard.

I check Asus' website and found that there were 2 updates

0902 - P5B Premium / VISTA Edition BIOS 0902
1. Enable support for N/2 CPU multiplier

or

1001 - P5B Premium Vista Edition beta BIOS 1001
Support new CPUs, please refer to our website

My question is, which one should i upgrade to? The ''new CPUs'' they speak of seem to be the 45nm ones, which i don't have. I also hear that when you upgrade to the ''new CPUs'' bios it is hard to go back if you don't like it or if it doesn't aggree with your hardware. So should i just upgrade to the 0902, or should i try the 1001?

Thanks
