Red face Need free BIOS Upgrade

I have an Alienware Sentia 3200 laptop. I was thinking of upgrading the CPU, but the BIOS is really old and I don't know what it supports. Is there any way of getting a free BIOS update or finding what my mobo supports?

Cpuid says:
Mainboard
Manufacturer: ALIENWARE
Model: SENTIA
Chipset: Intel i855GM/GME
BIOS
American Megatrends Inc 1.08.08
Date: 03/05/2005

Really I don't think that it would be wise to change out the CPU. Because the heatsink in your lappy is designed to cool that CPU, it won't properly cool a faster proc, unless that proc puts out less heat than the one that you have in it now. I would say don't worry about the lappy and get something that will suit those SLI'd GTX's better, that 939 aint good enough for those nice GPU's.

Everyone has being saying that to me so I have decided to completely upgrade in a month's time to a qx9650. I got the 8800gtxs really cheap and thats why I have them. I was planning on changing the fan in the laptop as well as the CPU is only 1.7ghz Pentium M
