Default Evga 780i sli bio's problem boot

Hey guys I am a noob here. I have bulit 3 computers thoe. I just dont no much about over clocking and bio's hehe.. Well here my problem I have a evga 780i sli motherboard. Every time I go to boot up my computer it turns on starts to boot and then shuts down. It usally does this 4 or so times in a row then I see the memory timing change every time no matter how many times I change them they go back to 5-5-5- 15 I keep trying to get them to stay at 4-4-4-12 ,2.2 v I have the same memory and have tryed this memory in all my other computers and it seems to be fine on my other 3 680 boards. The memory is patriot viper ddr800. I hope this board is ok i had to rma the last one because the 16x pci slot was dead. Iam stuck. Every time I reboot and it boots it wants to go into safe mode and wants me to clear the cosmos cpu and memory it said. I freaking lost any help. my system here is evga 780 board
Q6600 runs at 23c idiol
antec 850 psu
bfg 8800gt
4 g of patriot viper ddr800
zalman 9700
320gb WD hard drive
in a cosmos s case

I'd check every memory stick one at a time in the board. Check the voltage of memory and put into Bios. Unlink memory from FB, I set FBS at 1066 these are the problems I had with mine

Are you using the P05 bios?

Also 2x2 gb or 4x1 gb?

Anyway yeah it sounds like you don't know what your doing lol First, find out what the stock voltage is for your ram. I'll bet your ram is undervolted... I had a similar problem with my 780i and undervolted ram.

dude its CMOS... to clear the cmos on a 780i, there is a little connector that connects two pins at the bottom right of your board. remove the connector with the board off, connect the left and middle pin, then return the connector to the right and middle pin. Have you already tried this?
