Shouldn't the frequency have changed to 600? Have I forgotten something?

First, please fill out your system specs here: http://www.overclock.net/specs.php?do=addsystem
That way we can see which hardware (more specific in this case: motherboard, and thus BIOS) you are using. It makes it easier to help you. So, after changing the settings and rebooting, it reverts back to DDR2 533? At first glance, this does seem odd, since it should indeed be DDR2 600...

Oh thank you, I didn't realize you had that feature. I updated my specs except for speeds and temps. I will do that when I get home.
__________________The DRAM frequency never changed, before or after reboot. The only time it will change is if I change the ratio to anything other that 1:1. I thought it was odd too since I assume it is supposed to double the FBS.

Have you tried running something like CPU-Z to make sure your RAM isn't actually running at DDR2-600? Sometimes my BIOS won't update until after I have rebooted. Must be due to too many things being done at once... I'd check that and see what the memory tab says your memory is running.
