Question Shoul I Flash BIOS or Not?

Do you guys think I should Flash my BIOS with the new version for the EP35? (F5) =

I wouldnt unless you need to, more specifically if a problem that you have is fixed by the current bios revision. The DES is Dynamic Energy Saver, which if im correct you have all the energy saving options such as Intel Speedstep and CE1 disabled in your bios, giving you no benefit from that update. Secondly the CPU update is for the Wolfdale/Yorkfield CPU's with E0 Stepping, another thing you wont need, being that you have a G0 Q6600. I would leave your bios the way it is unless youve run into any problems.

Yes only ever flash if its going to fix an exsisting problem,theres just to much risk.
