For my upcoming mobo purchase, P45 btw. I want to know which companies have the best support for BIOS updates. I don't want a company that releases crucial updates 3-4 months down the line.
Companies considering: ASUS (P5Q #1 choice so far) BIOSTAR DFI Gigabyte ECS any other info would be appreciated

ASUS DFI Gigabyte

I would say my order is
DFI ASUS GIGABYTE (because who wants a board that looks like it's made of candy?) But seriously, all those boards would suffice.

I used to hate them, but now I have some respect the ease of flashing the bios is just stunning right through windows no problems what so ever.
