Default Best Mobo Company for BIOS updates

For my upcoming mobo purchase, P45 btw. I want to know which companies have the best support for BIOS updates. I don't want a company that releases crucial updates 3-4 months down the line.

Companies considering:
ASUS (P5Q #1 choice so far)
BIOSTAR
DFI
Gigabyte
ECS

any other info would be appreciated

I would say my order is
DFI
ASUS
GIGABYTE (because who wants a board that looks like it's made of candy?)
But seriously, all those boards would suffice.

DFI

I used to hate them, but now I have some respect the ease of flashing the bios is just stunning right through windows no problems what so ever.
