Btw the Vcore is set to 1.3V
You need more CPU vCore. I updated to the 1503 BIOS last night and was able to get my Q6600 (VID 1.325) to 3.0Ghz by simply raiseing the FSB to 1333Mhz and setting the CPU vCore to 1.4v, which gave an actual vCore of 1.38v in the BIOS Voltage Monitor. All other voltages are on AUTO.

Make sure you disable all Spread Spectrum options and any unnecessary onboard devices. After that set the vCore to 1.4v, which should give you about 1.38v.

I'll be playing around with this board again later tesing to see if I can get it stable at 3.4Ghz.
