Default Bios reset after restarting PC

I have overclocked my E6750 from 2.66 to 3.00, and it runs stable. 45-50C under full load. Ive tested with orthos, memtest, and prime95. All say stable.

Problem comes when I restart my computer.
It turns off, then quickly turns on and off a few times before finally booting.

Once it boots, most of my overclock settings are reset. It resets the FSB and memory timings, but it remembers all of my voltage settings. Very strange.

All of the settings are remembered in the bios, just disabled because the thing above it got reset to "Auto" instead of "Manual". (Overclock settings are still there just darkened out.)

If I turn them back on, it will reset and boot properly overclocked until the next time I reboot.

What is going on here? Im thinking maybe a mobo battery, but where the heck do I get a replacement?

Default

I get a similar problem, when my overclock isnt stable, what is happening, is it is booting and failing then on reboot it knows somthing has gone wrong previously, so resets default settings then it will reboot again with those defaults. I think you should raise the cpu voltage a little? And is you RAM in sync mode?
