yes the 35 bucks is worth it go for it. but in all honsty that customer service is bad news on their part, im sure they have tons of bios chips and the service would take 5 minutes for them but they want money money money.

last week i ordered a G5 from newegg that tracked like crap, called logitech up, they troubleshooted it for about 5 minutes, apoligized and immediately sent me a brand new mouse. i didnt have to send them my G5 or pay anything.

well im new with dfi but it's the last thing i get from them im going with asus or ECS, i wish DFI was like that
