Default Need help with Boot-loop after fsb change!

Hello all im new this site and new to Overclocking all together. Earlier today I tried to do a little OC'ing and my computer just went nuts. I didnt do much just changed my FSB from 200 to 266. I also set PCI Express (PCI-e) frequency to 100 mhz cause I read it on another forum. This is my first built computer as well and I've tried all that I have read, shorting the cmos headers, removing the mobo battery and completely taking it apart. What happened after i changed the FSB is the computer rebooted then turned off, powered on then turned off. It does it till i hit the switch on the power supply.

Computer specs as follows:

Mobo : Gigabyte 965P-DS3 rev 3.3

Processor : Intel E4300 core 2 duo 1.8ghz (wanted to get 2.4ghz)

Memory : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820145590

PSU: Thermaltake Truepower 500W

HD: WD 80g

If someone could help I would really really appriciate it, yes I am a total noob to OC'ing like i said so be nice =) lol

You can put your system specs in your signature here.

You need to reset your jumper so that your settings will go back to stock. You can also remove the battery, with the computer off and no power going to it, and wait 20-30 seconds. Push the power button and then put the battery back in, replace power, and boot. Then you can change your settings again. Never raise your fsb by more that 5-10 mhz at a time.

Still having trouble trying to get comp to work this morning, I applied a jumper to the cmos pins and took the battery out unplugged all power and it did nothing. From what I've read searching google gigabyte boards usually revert back to a save bios setting after rebooting 2 or 3 times. Yet mine continues non-stop till i hit the Psu switch in the back. Maybe the mobo isnt recognizing something like the processor or gpu. There is noway for me to change the bios again because it reboots to fast to show Post or even allow me to hit [delete] to enter bios.

Any help is appriciated, I might have to start looking for a new build, and this time not mess with bios at ALL! lol
