I believe it is F2 that you spam on boot up (make sure your usb stick is in with the .bin file) then use the file navigator to find the file, proceed, let it reboot. you should be good to go after that.

When I want to upgrade the BIOS on my P5Q I just put the .ROM on the top directory of my flash drive and update it within the BIOS. You don't even have to format the flash drive or make it bootable, you can keep all of your files on it too.
