Default XFX 780i N/2 Ratio option
Hey guys,

I've looked in some reviews about my motherboard, and they all talk about this N/2 Ratio that ups your multiplier by x0.5
But I can't find this anywhere in my bios... So where can I find it?

I'm using bios P08.

I did read somewhere that it's only supported by 45nm CPU's. Is that true?

If I would buy a E8500, do I need to activate N/2 ratio to get 9,5x multiplier?

Can someone tell me what this n/2 ratio is and does for OCing? This is my first 45nm cpu.

It adds .5 to the amount enter above up to the max of the cpu. entering the max cpu clock and the n/2 will grey out.

Lol Wow I had forgotten about this. Thanks but I found it out a while back. But who uses anything less than their max multi these days anyway? lol unless they are on an Extreme or black edition.
