I raised the FSB termination voltage to 1.12, increased NB to 1.26 and dropped my RAM speed to 840MHz and so far it's testing in Prime95

nice thats awesome man, you should be able to keep you cpu volts the same and hit 4ghz I can hit 4ghz at 1.3250v in bios I run 4.44/4.5ghz 24/7 on my cpu and it has a VID of 1.225v so it's a very high VID for these 45nm cpus

just know that quads need even more fsb term than duals and more cpu pllv

From my experiences (albeit limited), I saw no additional stability raising PLL or VTT. The only voltages I don't have set at their minimum values are CPU, NB and RAM.

I found that I could drop my vcore A LOT by giving a bump to each of those. I heard that they affect 45nm OCing a lot.
