Default Asus Rampage II Extreme x58 BIOS

So I need some help because I can't figure out this BIOS for the life of me. I managed to overclock my CPU using the CPU-Level Up feature, but that's it. I don't know how to change the FSB or ratio, because the ratio is locked. I don't even know where the FSB is I've checked the manual, and googled it, but I need help, any ideas?
