Why is it smoking?

BIOS revisions on motherboards usually only add support for new hardware (45nm CPU's or faster RAM for example). I avoid beta BIOSes unless I'm having major issues already, but I do know the F8 BIOS works fine since I'm using it myself on the exact same board.

okay Thanks +rep for Quick Reply But Do you think I should wait for F9 Full or Get F8 Now? apparently F4 is a bit of a dodgy BIOS But I get By at 3.3GHz (only a Little Boot-up instability) on it. you see I am also a bit Wary of Flashing BIOS (Never Done it Before) so I don't Really want to do it again after updating once (Don't want to Brick my Board).

Here's the changelog for F9b: F9a/b supports Core™ 2 Quad Q9650, Core™ 2 Quad Q9550, Core™ 2 Quad Q9400, Core™ 2 Quad Q8300, Core™ 2 Quad Q8200, Core™ 2 Duo E7500, Core™ 2 Duo E7400, Pentium Dual-Core E5300, Pentium Dual-Core E5200, Celeron Dual-Core E1500.
In short, F8 final will work for you unless you currently have or plan to upgrade to one of those CPU's.

I haven't seen any reports of F9b being busted, so if you're going to flash it anyway, there's no reason not to go ahead and get F9b.
