I've been tweaking on mine almost every night for ~4 months now with 3 RMA's so far, 2 different E8400 chips, and 4 different sets of PC2-6400 RAM. I think I've put up a good fight and have good reason to give up on this board.

Good luck with your system. I hope that this board can prove itself...I really doubt it though.

i have found out why these asus baords arnt clocking so well, the problem is that the voltages are really low,
lower than they say in the bios.
cpuz, the latest one, will have the right voltages.
for example, i put my e5200 at 1.53 volts, comes up in cpuz as 1.41volts, CPUZ is the right one, as cpu temp was at 50 degrease, i have crap compound and the heat sink at the base was only warm, a true 1.53 volt would make the heatsink hot to the touch at 60 degrease at the base.
so thiers ur answer, cpu needs more juice, and same with the north bridge, dont be afraito giv it some, mines at 1.76, my cpu in the last day went from 3.3ghz to 3.5 stable. im confident it cant make 3.7 at 1.4 volts as long as i get a decent power supply. i have a crappy budget thing and voltages jump about with a distance of 0.4!! on load!!
So dont give up on this baord just yet..

I've already swapped in a BFG nForce 680i SLI mobo in place of the Asus P5N-T Deluxe. In 3 days time I've already made 4.25GHz stable and now I'm running at 4.00GHz 24/7(might end up running at 3.80 or 3.90GHz 24/7 so that I can lower the VCore to increase MTBF).
