Default 750i ftw vs. 780i

I have a question guys. i have two pcs and one has a 750i ftw board with Q6700 processor and Q6600 on the 780i board. I was Wondering is it worth the hastle to switch processors on the boards? Will i be able to overclock a bit more on the 780i board vs. the 750i ftw?

Just about the same boards, except 780i has Tri-SLI instead of plain ol' SLI and some other minor differences (if any).

So unless you plan on having 3 cards, you're fine where you're at.

I would get the 750i with the slightly better processor unless you wanted to go 3xSLi in the future. I think the 750i Ftw is a good overclocker

evga 750i FTW is a wonderful and a great overclocker from what I have heard around here.

only reason to go 780i would be tri-SLI.

and if you do go 780i, get the FTW edition of that chipset too, you will not be disappointed.

the 680 chipset is better than the 650 chipset and the 780 board has a few more OC features that allow you to get higher OCs with more consistent stability
