erm how are you sure its the mobo, it could be a bad stick of RAM, Hard disks or a faulty GPU, dont blame the mobo straight away, the p6t deluxe has had nothing but good reviews.

check everything, reset CMOS try with 1 stick of RAM,(try each stick)

make sure ALL wires are plugged in to their correct places and and fully plugged in.
make sure your case isnt shorting the mobo out,

and i was also noticed that you have 2 different makes of GTX 295, could it be that one of these makes has something different than the other?, say a different BIOS or something, try booting with only 1 card in.

also check that your CPU cooler is seated properly.
