In anticipation of the arrival of my E8400 E0 I prepared a bootable usb with the 18 bios so that I can flash my boad. Supposedly it's the correct one for E0 chips. I did everything as per ace's guide on xtremesystems.
__________________It started doing everything right, it booted from the usb drive and started doing the actual procedure. Upon completion, the screen just went black and did nothing else. I don't know if I am supposed to do anything else to make it work. Am I supposed to restart my computer? I assume it should restart itself and that is why I think I might have bricked it. Currently the display on the motherboard shows C1. I don't know if that means anything but thats what it shows. Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.

It has been almost half an hour and its still on a blank screen. Matter of fact, the monitor is now in standby mode.
__________________EDIT: So I waited long enough and nothing happened, then I restarted it. With the Q6600 still in it booted right up. I then put the E8400 in it's new home and it blue screened on me on my first try. After messing around for a bit, clearing cmos a few times I'm nearing 4.0ghz. Also this chip runs extremely cool
