P5Q Deluxe OC e8500 to 4.0ghz troubles

I have a Intel E8500 and am trying to get to 4.0gz stable on air, my bios settings are as follows

change ur pci-e freq from auto to 100
oh at 1:1 ratio is normally best.

but i fail running Prime during like the first 10 seconds with a rounding problem with the current settings listed above

What does CPU-Z report your memory running at (check ou the Memory Tab)?

Ram seems fine.
Try the following voltages: CPU PLL Voltage [1.5v] FSB Termination Voltage [1.26v] DRAM Voltage [2.1v] NB Voltage [1.26v - 1.3v]
