Note that the problem might not be the mobo, even if the drives are spinning, it still could be a power supply issue.

It was there in the back of my mind, but was more intrusive than just resetting CMOS. We replaced the memory and everything came back up. Now I to figure out the overclock on the new memory from 1500 miles away.
