P5Q3 Deluxe need BIOS Update

Hi guys
__________________ (sry for bad english, i'm brazilian)So...my brother bought a new PC with P5Q3 Deluxe and Q9550, and he had so many Blue Screens. Me, one month later, bought a new PC with P5Q3 Deluxe and Q9550, the same PC, and get Blue Screens too. Asus website shows the P5Q3 Deluxe need a new BIOS to work right with Yorkfield and C1 Stepping. I need to upgrade the BIOS, but i'm very scared ![]() ...because i get down a P5K3 Deluxe some months ago, flashing it via OS.Upgrading with EZ Flash 2 and USB is 100% safety? And what BIOS should i download? Please guys, help

Yes, doing it through EZ Flash is the best way.
Just make sure you don't turn it off or lose power during the flash!! And I would say get the latest BIOS.

If something gonna wrong, 100% safety the Backup recovery right?
__________________And in the website, have for download in OS 32, 64, DOS, etc...using the EZ Flash, what should i download?

Get the Vista 64bit.
Then get version 1702. It looks like the latest. Then download it and extract the file and put it on the USB drive. Then reboot and go to the tools tab and look for the file. You might have to use the tab to look for it or whatever options it gives you to find it. Sometimes it shows right up and sometimes you have to look for it. Then follow the instructions onscreen. If you look at the manual it should give you more detailed instructions. The thing you need to make sure of is not to shut down or turn off the power during the update. If you have battery backup that would be ideal, but I've done it several times without it. If you have more questions post back otherwise post how it went.

__________________I'm here to say that i sucefully finished my BIOS update, uff :P Now i'm using the 1702 BIOS I have to download any new drivers or something like CHIPSET?
