Default XfX 680i LT SLI Latest BIOS Update question

I haven't updated my BIOS since 2007 and I was wondering what would this new update bring to the table? What are the changes they did and if they added anything new into the BIOS. I couldn't find an answer while I was searching this information in google maybe someone here knows.

Could bring minor changes in interface and maybe more stability for overclocking (although this isn't guaranteed). If you're not overclocking (which it doesn't seem like you are, as it says in your sig rig that your Q6600 is at stock) don't both upgrading the BIOS unless you're unstable or something.
