Exclamation I built my PC and can't change the BIOS

I built my CPU using an Intel D945PVS motherboard, and have never been able to change the BIOS. After updating to a proper version, I am still unable to change any of the settings. Only now, while having hardware issues, do I need to change my BIOS settings, and I can't figure out how. I know that most CPU manufacturers lock the BIOS, but I am not a CPU manufacturer, and I did not lock the BIOS.

Any help out there for this? Thanks in advance.
