How do i overcome this problem?

well i left my computer for a bit and came back and i was able to enter the BIOS but when i went to see the "Health Status" of the computer it froze.

I guess the reason this is happening is because the system is overheating, considering it's still summer in Australia I guess i'll have to OC slowly to find the right temps =/

Anyone else had this problem?
