Default q9550 an zotac 780i sli help
hey people have a q9550 an zotac 780i sli motherboard the problem is that bios is telling me it only running at 2.6 instead of the stock speed of 2.8
I noticed the fsb multiplier is only set to 8 instead of 8.5 have tried to change this but wont go higher than 8.
Why cant i set it to 8.5
bios version is 6
If someone can help that would be awesome.

dont know that exact board, but in the cpu configuration there should be a option that allows you to add the .5 multiplier. its called CPU n/2 on my board.

There is a CPU N/2 option just below the Multiplier setting. Enable it.
