Default Need BIOS for Core 2 Duo E8400

I have tried to find the update to BIOS for ConRoe1333-D667 A2 for the longest time. I just upgraded from a E2160 Dual Core to E8400 Core 2 Duo and it only registers as 1.2GHz without overclocking. It should read as 3GHz w/o Overclocking. I was told that this is the only thing that will fix this issue. If you could advise me if I overlooked something.

and you need a bios update for your motherboard if anything :P
even then, it doesnt always have everything perfect, just did a build for a client and the bios had the e8400s multi at 8, i picked it up before first boot tho (always go in to bios and fish 'round)
