Default Are there any cross bios flashes I can do for a UD3R

I want to get more features in my BIOS so that I can overclock even more (and maybe unlatch my memory from my CPU). It would be awesome if I could....

Do you use the Ctrl+F1 at the main BIOS screen to unlock more options?

I don't think there is a cross bios flash for it. I believe that Gigabyte uses the same Bios for all of their High end P35 and P45 boards.

As for unsyncing your ram, that feature is only found on Nvidia Chipsets.

Yeah, Ctrl F1 should open up tons of stuff. If that bios is anything like the UD3p, you should be set for anything.

Don't ever flash a bios with nothing else but the exact model of your mobo bios.

Just check for BIOS updates on your mobo, and if you got latest one, thats it.

Don't play with fire, I just yesterday had similar thread the guy did something similar flashing with another models BIOS to gain options,, and I believe he said he did, but then his PC wouldn't boot and it was pretty much over for the guy. Had to RMA board.
