Question Cannot change Multiplier higher than 24 in Bios on DFI LP UT T3eH8 with i7 965ee ?

DFI LP UT X58-T3EH8 Multiplier its stuck at 24 max on i7 965 ? Yesterday, 05:43 PM #1 (permalink)


Guys i have been trying to run my multi at 29 or 31 in my board but the max available multiplier for my i7 965 is 24 in Bios ??? Its is a Bios Bug or am i missing something ? How do i change my unlocked multiplier to a higher one than 24 ? Im at lost and frustrated , any help or guidance will be really appreciated .



Im so frustrated it still multi 24 max selectable even i downgraded bios. Perhaps its me not the bios. Eventhought its not my first DFI Board i feel like a noobie again lol , George can you show me or direct me exactly where you change the multi on your board ? i will take a pic and i will post back for you to see if its me setting something wrong in the bios :/. If this does not work i am going back to Asus RIIE asap and selling this board asap. help please im going nuts trying to figure this out
