Currently using Ket's mBIOS 1703 and checking Asus' support site, the newest update history on the 2101 BIOS doesn't really offer anything I'd use. So should I still update my BIOS or just leave well enough alone?

If it doesn't benefit you and you aren't having any problems with your current one then there's no point. It doesn't hurt to have the new one and if the new one causes you any problems you can always go back to the old one.

If you're computer is working perfectly, there is absolutely no reason to update your BIOS, stick with the old rule of; "if it ain't broke don't fix it". I learned this the hard way, I upgraded my BIOS to see if I'd get better performance, but got IRQ conflicts instead.
