Hay baught a new pc today and i dont know if i can OC it its a Packard bell and the mother board is called MCP73VT-PM

isnt it hewlet packard?
If it is, I think you're locked out of bios.

nope its manufacturer is Packard bell and the chipset is nvidia
This is the pc http://www.packardbell.co.uk/product...0Y.001-46.html but i have 2gb of ram not 1

you can try find a bios from a regular version of the board

Well you could try ClockGen but I would not recommend flashing the board to it's similar retail version bios because you will very likely end up with a dead motherboard.

PB/HP tend to lock them up. You might be able to BSEL your chip though ?
