Default Memory Settings in X58

Hey guys, check my System:

Core i7 920
Gigabyte X58-UD5
OCZ Platinum 3x2GB DDR3 1600Mhz
GeForce BFG GTX280
Patriot Warp V2 SSD 32GB ---> for OS
Western Digital VelociRaptor 300GB GLFS 10K RPM
Sound Blaster X-Fi Titanium Fatal1ty Pro
Corsair HX1000
CM-690 + 7 Fans CM 90CFM w/ LEDs .
Akasa Internal Card Reader
Asus DRW-20B1LT
LG Flatron W1942T
Logitech LX8 Cordless Laser Mouse
Xbox 360 Wireless Controller for Windows.

My BCLK is at 160, and my Mem divider is at 10, and it shows 1600MHz in BIOS, but the frequency is at 1066MHz! that´s awful, check it:

CPU-Z gives me the same results as Everest, tha´ts why I found it strange... So should I care about it or not? Is there any trustable method to check RAM clocks inside the OS ?
